Stay in charge, stay active

Staying active is a key part of managing type 2 diabetes

Regular activity can help:

  •   Weight management
  •   Naturally regulate blood sugar
  •   Give you more energy

Even little things can make a big difference

It is important that you continue with your diet and exercise plan as agreed with your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.

Here are some physical activities that may help you reach your health goals:

Take the stairs instead of using a lift or escalator

2. Walks

Walk your dog around the neighbourhood or walk to places in town within a short distance

3. Gardening
